Workplace Parent Coaching

Helping your organisation to support your workforce

A few words about workforce parent coaching and staff training

The Mental Health Foundation states that 70 million work days are lost each year due to mental health problems in the UK, costing employers approximately £2.4 billion per year.

3 in 4 employees in the UK suffer persistent sleep problems according to a Loughborough University report in 2019.

I provide training for staff working with children and families to help them better understand how children and young people develop and how to overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties. I provide supervision and mentorship on a group or one to one basis to enhance staff wellbeing at work and support them to use reflective practice, improving outcomes for families.

Common causes of stress for parents include lack of time, family relationships, self doubt and difficult child behaviour.

I provide information sessions to staff groups and individual consultations to advise parents with a wide range of parenting and sleep issues including adult sleep difficulties. Helping you to support your employees’ emotional well- being.

I can also provide bespoke sessions tailored to the particular requirements of parents and/or staff.

"Anne gave two presentations to our workforce about sleep management. The feedback was really positive, with many saying how knowledgeable she was, how interesting, clear, valuable and insightful the presentation was and that it provided lots of food for thought and some great ideas to try."

“The training was really useful and thought-provoking, and I will definitely be bringing what I have learned into both my childminding and personal interactions with people. I particularly found it useful to learn about how we develop neural pathways through our experiences as children and ‘prune’ those which are not useful. Also, fully understanding the benefits of being actively listened to (containment). Anne was a very clear, engaging and knowledgeable course leader.”
