Hello, I'm Anne and here is how my webinar can help
I will be covering the physiology of sleep- why we need sleep, an understanding of sleep cycles and why some children are more likely to have sleep problems.
I will also cover improving sleep hygiene, bedtime routines, techniques for managing waking, as well addressing the changes in sleep during the teenage years.
